Started again

.. in the gym there on thursday after my last hospital appointment. Was given the all clear to start on light weights for the time being, about a month or so and I'll be back to normal. Started on 5kg just doing basic bicep curls, moved to 6kg when and just did 2 sets of each weight. My left arm is still in bits from it haha ! I suppose it has been 5, nearly 6 months of lifting absolutely nothing of weight with my left arm so that's to be expected.

Getting my bike has improved my fitness a lot, before I got it I'd try get 5km in 10 minutes of the bike in the gym. When I went back to that on thursday I did 5km with no bother at all. Switched to the highest setting and got 6km in 12 minutes, again not really a problem. My breathing was normal, heart rate was fine, legs were grand after about 20 seconds of stopping while before I could barely walk straight after !
