Getting there !

My arm is starting to feel normal again which is great. It no longer gives a little twinge when I lean or put pressure on it, I can lift most stuff also. Although moving or lifting stuff at a certain angle or from an odd direction will give a twinge alright. I tried carefully to see if it could handle my body weight in a push up position, went down towards to ground slightly but it didn't feel normal so I eased off. Gonna start off with a few cans of beans and peas in a bag and just lift it normally, see how it feels and work from there. It'll be another 2-3 weeks and I'd say I'll be fine, have another hospital appointment on the 18th of next month which I can cancel If I feel grand but I wanna head into to so I can see for myself where I'm at healing wise and ask what would be safe to do.

I can't wait to get back into the gym and workout again, 5 months is a long time to be out doing nothing at all. I feel physically shit all the time even though I haven't actually put on any weight at all. I have my bike now, which annoyingly enough has a puncture already so I need to get new tires for city cycling but it's making me feel better knowing I'm cycling about 13-14km a day, which is better than doing nothing at all !

Anyways, once I'm back in the gym I'll post my progress here !
